In this series, we’re addressing the pervasive feeling or thought in our culture that God isn’t for us. That he doesn’t love us or want us.

In fact, the opposite is true. Jesus told his followers that he came for all people – and he even makes a specific point of saying that he came for those who are “othered,” forgotten, struggle with addiction, etc.

During this teaching, we talk about how God is for those who hate church or have been burned by the church and we offer four promises that challenge all of us to engage with the church and to base our faith on Jesus.
