Home for the Holidays Pt. 3

Coming “Home for the Holidays” stirs up a lot of different emotions.

For some of us, going home for the holidays is wonderful. We look forward to spending time with loved ones and continuing old traditions.

Others find themselves in stressful or broken homes, just wanting to get away.

And, some of us think back to a home life that we miss or family that we’ve lost.

Still others have never had a home to return to for the holidays.

No matter where you find yourself, this series explores how Jesus invites you to find a home this holiday season.

In this part of the series, we talk about how we all come from broken homes because homes are made up of broken people. At Christmas, Jesus himself came into the world from a broken family. Coming from brokenness doesn’t separate us from God because Jesus came to make us new and make a way for us to have a relationship with God.
